I have had this kettle for a few weeks now and am very happy with the performance. The tab to turn the kettle on is easy, the pour spout works much nicer than my other kettle, and I like being able to see the water level. It has a nice large capacity as well. So far so good! The only thing is that there is some plastic in contact with the boiling water.

Anything is fine except the switch is not working. I have to press all the time until the water boils. Don't know if it is due to shipping damage or poor quality itself. Definitely return this!!

I got this as a gift. At first, I am a bit hesitant since the brand is not known. But after using several times, the water boils fast and it is really consistent. Also, there is no taste even if the water level is made of plastic. I am not sure on how long this will be as great as now. But as of the moment, I am 100% satisfied with this.
